For the automobile, the requirement of its safety function is becoming more and more strict, and it is moving towards automatic driving. The improvement of camera performance (high image quality and resolution) increases the amount of information, and the information transmission for the drive system is turning to real-time communication. Therefore, the market is increasingly using high-speed LVDS [3] communication.

 

The new products df2s5m4fs and df2s6m4fs have a maximum diode capacitance of 0.55pf, which can handle several Gbps of high-speed communication and maintain signal quality (eye mode). In addition, by using our latest original process eap-iv [4], their typical clamping voltage is 7.5V [5], and their electrostatic discharge voltage is ± 30KV [6], which can prevent equipment failure and help improve the reliability of the system.

 

They are packaged with a small chip that conforms to the industry standard sod-923 (1.0 × 0.6mm typical value), and are suitable for miniaturization of equipment. In addition, they meet the aec-q101 standard and can be widely used in various vehicle applications, such as IVI [7] and electronic mirrors.
